Jill Kyatuheire holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Makerere University and an Honors degree in Development Studies from the same University. In addition, she holds a certificate of African Human Rights Studies from the Centre for Human Rights, University of Pretoria, South Africa. Ms. Kyatuheire boasts of over ten years’ experience working on Governance, Democracy and Accountability issues in the Parliament of Uganda, the East African Parliament and other African Parliaments such as in Mozambique and Morroco. In the same bearing she has worked closely with the Local Government system in Uganda as well as a whole range of governance and human rights based Civil Society Organizations in Uganda and the East African region. Ms. Kyatuheire is passionate about human rights but even more about the rights of women, children and key populations in Africa and the world over.

Jennifer holds Post Graduate Diploma in (Project Planning and Management) from Uganda Management Institute, Master’s degree in (Women Studies) from Makerere University Kampala (MUK) and Bachelor’s degree in Arts (Sociology and Geography) from Makerere University Kampala (MUK). Ms. Kwarisiima is an expert in the fields of Gender and Social Development, Project Planning and Management, with over 16 years’ experience as a Program Manager taking pivotal lead in project design and management, monitoring and evaluation and report writing. She has closely worked with Uganda Parliamentary Committees, the Parliamentary Commission staff members and the Uganda Women Parliamentary Association, in the development and implementation of several gender related laws and policies. On many occasions in her career history, she successfully facilitated technical and policy dialogues between Parliament of Uganda, European Parliaments, Development Partners, Civil Society Organizations, and Local Governments, on issues related to human rights, gender equality and gender mainstreaming.

Bob holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies (Project Planning and Management) from Uganda Management Institute, Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (public administration and social administration) from Makerere University Kampala (MUK), and PGC in Project monitoring and evaluation from Makerere University Kampala (MUK). He has over 12 years of experience in institutional capacity building for human rights organizations in Uganda and Nigeria for efficiency, effective, and sustainable service delivery. Assessing institutional capacity gaps, and designing institutional capacity strengthening plans. Facilitating the development processes of key institutional growth documents, like strategic plans, policies and tools. Facilitates training in good governance, resource mobilization, monitoring and evaluation, project cycle management, program and project design.
